What Learn N Grow does

Learn N Grow is an English communication coaching app with sign-in, profile management, announcements, grammar activities, chatbot conversations, feedback collection, and optional voice recording for practice.

Data we collect

Account and profile data

Name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and Firebase user ID when you create and use an account.

Learning activity

Session counts, learning progress, grammar activity progress, and profile updates saved to your app account.

Chat and voice content

Text messages you send to the in-app tutors and voice recordings you choose to upload when using voice chat features.

Feedback and support content

Messages you send using the feedback form, along with your signed-in name and email address.

How we use data

To create and manage your account.
To save your profile and learning progress.
To deliver announcements inside the app.
To process chatbot conversations and voice-based interactions.
To collect user feedback and improve the service.
To operate onboarding and learning automation workflows.

Services and processors used

Firebase Authentication for sign-in and account management.
Cloud Firestore for storing profile and learning-progress data.
Supabase for announcement content.
n8n automation webhooks for onboarding, chatbot workflows, feedback handling, and activity reporting.

These services act as infrastructure or processors for the app. Learn N Grow does not sell personal data.

Permissions

Microphone is requested only when you use voice recording in the chat experience.
Photo selection is used only if you choose to upload a profile picture.

Retention

Account and profile data are kept while your account remains active. Some operational logs, chatbot inputs, voice uploads, or automation-processing records may be retained by infrastructure or processors for a limited period for security, reliability, abuse prevention, or backup purposes.

Your choices

You can edit your profile details from inside the app.
You can refuse microphone access and continue using the text-chat parts of the app.
You can permanently delete your account from inside the app or through the public account deletion page.

Children

Learn N Grow is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, use the account deletion page or the support details listed on the app's Google Play listing.

Contact and deletion requests

You can permanently delete your account using the in-app delete-account flow or the public account deletion page linked above. If you cannot access the app account yourself, use the support contact details published in the app’s Google Play listing when requesting manual review.

Important: deleting your account removes your Learn N Grow sign-in account and the profile data stored for it. Previously processed chatbot, feedback, or automation logs may remain in secure backups or processor systems for a limited period.
